Overview
Invisible orthodontics sequenced with NemoCast.
- Patient with a class I malocclusion with slight crowding in the upper arch and moderate crowding in the lower arch.
- Decreased overbite.
- Reason for consultation: align lower arch.

Capture of basic records needed in an orthodontic study, including complete photographic series, orthopantomography, teleradiography and models.

The case study is done using the Nemoceph software for cephalometric tracing and photographic analysis, and Nemocast for the study of models and the realization of a digital set-up. Treatment objectives: maintain class I molar and bilateral canine, resolve upper and lower crowding, center dental mid lines and have vertical control of the case to improve overbite.

3D printing of the digital model for thermoforming on the model for the manufacture of the Invisible Aligner.

Completion of the case after 17 aligners in the upper arch and 20 in the lower arch. The total treatment time was 11 months. We opted for a lower fixed retention and removable essix type retention in the upper arch.
