• Patient with class II molar and canine on the right side, class I molar and canine on the left side.

• Positive dental bone discrepancy in the upper arch with the lateral incisor on the right side and negative discrepancy in the lower arch.

• The upper middle line is shifted to the right and the bottom to the left.
